COBRA PREMIUM REDUCTION UNDER ARRA
The Department of Labor has issued a News Statement that the COBRA eligibility period under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) has been extended through February 28, 2010. DOL Safety forms
Safety Summary Forms must be filed biennially by businesses with 10 or more employees. If you have filed in 2008, you will need to file for 2010 Safety Summary Form To see if you already filed, enter your Federal Id #, email address and year of submission. Safety Summary Form If you have any questions, email the Department of Labor at Safety. Those who file electronically should keep the NH Department of Labor updated concerning changes in the contact person's email address as well as any other pertinent information.

Rice Law in New Offices
Rice Law Office is pleased to announce we have moved to a new and larger location.  We are now located at 486 Union Avenue, Laconia, just a mile or so down the road from our former Water Street location.  While we'll miss our friends and neighbors over at Water Street, we are thrilled to be in our own building where we can stretch our legs a bit and offer even better facilities to our clients.
