In order to properly advise you, it is important that you come prepared to the first meeting with a list all of your assets and debts along with the knowledge of how those assets and debts are held, the full names of your heirs and devisees and information regarding your income. Be sure to inform us of citizenship issues, adoptions, divorces, marriages and births.
